I’ve used this towing company more than twice now for my SUV, and every experience has been consistent, professional, and reliable. What really stands out is that they keep the same fair pricing regardless of the distance, which is rare to find these days. This tow company is hand down the best tow company I have ever dealt with. They answered the phone fast and was at my location within 15 minutes. Gave me a reasonable price and not only that the driver was a mechanic previously and literally helped me with my battery issue on the spot I would like to recommend this towing service to the entire Las Vegas you guys are the best well worth it. :)
I’m beyond grateful for the incredible service we received! I was at Sonic on Nellis and Stewart with my wife and our three kids when my transmission suddenly gave out. It was a stressful moment, but everything changed when I called Higinio Garcia at Reggie’s Tow around 6:00pm. Amazingly, by the time we finished ordering our food and drinks, he was already there! Higinio is the definition of professionalism truly top-notch and one of the best in the business. He handled the entire situation with confidence and ease, turning what felt like a major problem into a smooth, stress-free experience. His kindness, compassion, and efficiency stood out immediately, and he made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. From pickup to drop-off, everything was quick, seamless, and done with excellence. I can’t thank him enough for showing up when we needed help the most. I had a flat tire on my rental car and was stuck in a state park. Reggie’s towing came and picked me up. Higiono was an awesome driver - he was friendly and calm. He handled everything smoothly. He took initiative to suggest we ask for a different drop off location that would work better for me, and after all that I made it to my daughter’s softball game on time!! Much appreciated.
